We are excited to announce our first-ever charity golf tournament, Birdies and Bogeys! This event will take place at Lake Valley Golf Club in Niwot on Monday, June 24th. It will be a great day on the links with fellow wildlife enthusiasts as you play for fabulous donated prizes. The festivities will include a foursome championship winner, a raffle, and several contests along the way. Funds raised will help Greenwood care for the thousands of orphaned, injured, and sick wild animals that come through our doors every year.
Event Details
8:30am Shotgun Start
Breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as selected beverages
Tournament will be played as a “scramble,” where each foursome plays off the best shot of each stroke within the group for one final score

About The Course
Located between Boulder and Longmont, Colorado, their links style golf course is fun to play, round after round, and among the best golf courses in our state. Lake Valley features a great variety of holes and spectacular views of the Flatirons and foothills.
They are known for their outstanding, old style “push-up” greens, natural feel, and abundant wildlife. The course can be enjoyed by players of all abilities. Playing anywhere from 2896 to 6891 yards, with 6 sets of tees (11 sets counting “combo” tees) the par 70 golf course is easily walked with short distances from greens to tees.
